My blind mother has 30 purchased audiobooks £££ she listens to using Google Home Mini and voice commands.
Previously we had the message about that feature being deleted and complained!!
Then the message went away after a couple of months.
Can you confirm if the feature has now been deleted as the books are not found when using voice commands but still appear on the play library list and work on a PC.
She obviously can't use a screen of any sort.
What alternative functionality is possible?
If she is unable to use them what arrangements will be made for a refund of the cost of the books which will be rendered useless. Thanks

Hi PeterPerkins,
Thanks for posting in the community. I understand the Google Nest Mini audiobooks voice commands aren't working for you, and it's not finding your books. Help is here!
The audiobook feature has been deprecated. This means that you can no longer start or search for Google Play audiobooks with your voice. However, there is a way to play them: you can start an audiobook on a computer or mobile device and then play it on your speaker or display.
Please take a look at this article to learn more about listening to audiobooks from Google Play Books & Audiobooks: Listen to audiobooks on your Google Nest speaker or display or Google streaming device
Regarding your question, I recommend you contact Google Play for further assistance.
