It keeps saying it looks like your video devices are off line… I’ve tried rebooting it to factor but nothing works. Please help.

I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, let’s get this resolved. A few things: which device are you trying to cast the video too? Which video service are you using? Did you try using another video service to isolate the issue?
