When we came back from holiday we found our two Google nest mini speakers weren't working. They didn't respond to the usual request of 'play radio 4'. I have tried switching the power off and on. Also removing the device from Boggle Home, doing a factory reset followed by adding back to Google Home.
We continue to get:
'Sorry, something went wrong. try again in a few seconds'.
Can anyone help please?

Update.
Following my suspicion about the router I rebooted it. Everything is now working as before.
Before the reboot the mini hub was connected to the 5ghz channel, whereas afterwards it connected to the 2.4 channel. It the EE Smart Plus router which dynamically assigns the channel. Hope this helps someone.

This is happening with all 4 of my nest hubs as well. Two gen 1s, and two gen 2s. None of them respond to anything I say. Questions, commands, nothing… tried everything you have and nothing has changed either my setup. They just stopped working.

When did your hubs stop working? Mine stopped sometime between Jan 5th and 20th when we were away.
I'm wondering if it's something to do with the Wi-Fi. I did a factory reset and when I added the device to Google Home it wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi. I re-tried and then it did connect. Both times the hub was right next to the router. Last December my Wi-Fi was upgraded to full fibre and for 2 to 3 weeks the hub was working perfectly. I have managed to get it to play Spotify music but it was slow to start. But when I tried getting radio four it said connecting to radio four but then nothing or it may say there's a glitch, please try again.
