Google mini

My mum has had her Google home mini for a few years now and since she moved house she hasn’t been able to use it. I have factory reset it so it’s back to new again and set it all up now when she tells it to play the radio or Spotify it doesn’t work? But everything else does? Have I gone wrong somewhere, please help a stressed daughter out 🤣🤣

  • Are you using an Android or an iPhone to manage your Google Home Mini?
  • Could you please let me know the behavior of your Google Home Mini when you request to stream radio services or Spotify?
  • Do you have a premium Spotify account?
  • Is your Spotify app up to date?
  • Is your Google Home app updated?
  • What app are you using to listen to the radio?
  • Did you link your radio services?
