Google neat mini 2nd generation

How do you get the google nest mini to start pairing so bluetooth devices can find and pair with it? My google home app cant seem to find it or connect to it, and when i click the help tab and it tells me to connect it to wifi i can never find the device through the settings.

Apologize for the late response here. I know how it feels when one of the features of the Google Nest Mini is not working. A few questions - when did the issue start? What device are you trying to connect to your Nest Mini? What happens when you say. "Hey Google, turn on Bluetooth"? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you've done?
