Good day.
I bought a google nest in November 2019.
A few weeks ago I saw 3 lines on the left-hand side of the screen. I didn't stress as much.
Now the lines have increased. Please see the image below:
The device is out of reach of everyone. One of the few devices I am holy over.
It uses the original power adapter.
Can anybody help me, please?
PS. I did get a Case Number (9-5788000031871) previously I was down with Covid and could not respond.
