I have a Google Nest Audio purchased in 2019 when it was announced. It worked perfectly until the other day. I used it at 01:00 and went to sleep. When I woke up, all 4 lights were permanently on and it didn't respond to voice or touch. I contacted Google support and after trying everything possible, like the 10 reconnections, recording videos, etc., the only solution they give me is to buy another one. They don't give me a solution, they don't give me anything, not even explanations for the reason of the failure. The only thing left for me is to file a complaint for consumer abuse, planned obsolescence, etc., because the device stopped working on its own.
