Google nest audio

My google nest won’t stay off!  I have told it to “turn off”, “stop” and it’ll start playing 10-15 min later!

Hi Myrna,

This is not the experience we want you to have, let me help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? When you say won’t turn off, is it about playing music or is it when you turn it off but will automatically turn on?

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
3. Restarting your phone might also help.
