Google nest automatically remind me of calendar events?

Can google nest automatically read out my calendars events, or do I have to ask every day?

Can it read out the weeks events, because it only seems to read out the days eventually or a day, if I ask it?

I know I can set reminders for events on my phone, but it helps to have another reminder method, especially if I leave my phone on charge or don't look at it. My calendar is already synced as default and working. It's a google nest mini second gen.

Google support both by chat and by phone has been totally useless, very annoying that they have no technical expertise! I refuse to contact Google yet again and spend 30-45mins wasting my time with someone who doesn't even answer questions or look at screenshots showing I can't do what they tell me is there. They are so awful.

Currently, Google Assistant doesn't have automatic calendar event readouts. However, your thoughts are really important for us; your feedback is really appreciated, so it can address this concern on future updates.
