Hi Google,
I recently purchased a Google Nest hub, 3x google wifi, 2 x google nest cameras and 1 x google doorbell. I have had nothing but problems with all of these, the software is so buggy. Everytime I google the problem it turns out to be a known issue that google has not resolved despite knowing about it for many years. Bugs are too numerous to list here but the most recent one that has frustrated me is the low volume out of doorbells and cameras when communicating from Samsung phones. Bottom line, how do I go about getting a refund on all of these products? I am in Australia. P.s. please don't tell me to reset my device and conduct a factory reset which seems to be the standard response on this forum, I have done this many times. Very disappointing from what I thought was a reputable brand selling products at a high price point.
