Google nest: connect to Assistant fails

Despite following all previous listed advice no success. I still receive the domain error on attempting to connect assistant. I have: deleted and reinstalled app, checked language settings, factory rest nest and still no luck. Ready to return for a refund

Thanks for posting. I apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing. We'll work together to identify the cause of the problem and find a solution. A few questions: are you using iOS or Android? Are you using a work email? Also, is this for a new setup? Try using another phone to isolate this.
