So a few days ago my google nest stop answering me and it just started saying sorry something not right you can wait a few minutes or try unplugging it and plugging it back in. I tried doing a factory reset and it just keep doing this. My google nest is a gen 2.
When you did the factory reset, were you able to go through the setup process as normal? When you go into Google home, can you see the device as online?
