Hello,
I am from Belgium and I have just purchased a Nest hub gen 2.
I have difficulties activating the sleep tracking mode on the device.
When I activate the sleep tracking in the Google Home app, everything seems fine but when I check on the nest hub device the sleep mode remains "inactive" and thus I cannot proceed with the "calibrate" phase.
Anyone had the same issue?
Thanks in advance

Hello,
It is fixed on my side: I relaunched the configuration removing the configuration from the app first and then initiating it from the device and suddenly the calibrate feature was working fine.
(maybe a software update happened in between too but I am not sure)

Hey bgcom,
Thanks for sharing details about the issue here. Apologize for the late response.
We're glad to know that you're able to use the sleep sensing on your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen) now. I'll go ahead and lock this thread now as the issue is resolved. Feel free to open a new one if you happen to encounter some issues or if you have more questions in the future.
Cheers,
Muddi
