I have a Google nest hub, that I have been using for the last two years without issue.
Recently we upgraded our internet router because the previous one was over 10 years old and reaching the end of its lifespan. Since upgrading to the new router, I have had issues connecting my nest hub through the Google home app.
The device has been set up, however anytime that I try to access it through the app on my phone, an error message appears saying that "Some settings are available only when your mobile device and this JADHD are connected to the same Wi-Fi network".
However, the network that my phone is connected to is our home wifi, the exact same one that the nest hub is connected to.
I have tried resetting the device, I have tried restarting the router, I have restarted my phone, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the home app but nothing seems to be working and it's quite frustrating at this point. I feel like I've hit a brick wall.
Does anyone have any suggestions or advice on how I can fix this issue?
Many thanks

I wonder if something bigger is going on. I have the exact issue today (2/14/25) but it was fine yesterday! I'm on the same network as all my speakers but I can't cast to them and they all have that same 'must be connected to same wi-fi network' message at the top of their screens. Very frustrating. One I tried to reboot and it won't even come back into the Home app despite it being on and working.
