Hi there, I have a new nest hub max, I can setup but cannot turn on the camera. I have removed from my google home app and factory reset the nest hub max several times. No luck. Do I return this as a faulty device?

Developers at Google Nest should send out an Update without us Community members having to do all of the research work. I have spent hours on trying to turn on the switch through/in my Home App and/or Nest App camera for Hum Max. 😞
