Hello,
I just got a nest hub and nest hub max and enables screen timeout on both of them, but it doesn't seem to work. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks,
Dominik

Say "Hey Google, find my phone" or “find my iPhone” and Google Assistant should send a notification to your iPhone that makes it ring for about 25 seconds. To stop the ringing and dismiss the notification, tap the notification. . It also tells you which iPhone it will ring.

Hey dominik1985,
Thanks for reaching out.
To make sure, what features are you referring to? If you're pertaining to night mode of your Google Nest Hub Max, it will only affect the device volume as the screen should automatically dim based on the Ambient EQ sensor. Check this guide for more information about Ambient EQ of your Nest Hub Max.
@Johnharper1, thanks for chiming in on the thread.
Looking forward to your response.
Best,
Alex

Hey Muddi,
sorry for the late reply, been swamped with work last few weeks. It actually eventually started working. I'm not sure why it didn't, but after a few reboots it started turning the screen off when not in use
so all good, but thank you all for your help.
cheers
