What else can I do?

Same here. Either it won’t connect to the internet or it gets stuck when it’s time to link accounts. I have factory reset my device 10 times, used multiple android/Apple devices with no good results.

2 of my Google Nest Hubs and 1 Google Nest Hub Max suddenly will not connect to the internet. I factory resetted and went through the set up again and it wont' connect. I'm on a Google Pixel phone. It says "Can't Connect to the Internet". I'm reset my router twice. Any help?

Oh my gosh, I'm kind of embarrassed but my husband accidentally PAUSED wifi access on the home devices in Google Wifi. I turned it back on. Works now

Hi folks,

@catwright, we appreciate you posting in the Community on why your 2 Nest Hub and 1 Nest Hub Max suddenly won't reconnect to the internet, and how it was resolved. It gave us an idea.

@Gaffney, @kc5336, could you try to check your Wi-Fi settings and see if there are any changes or an option to pause devices? In addition, we know that you've already done some troubleshooting steps but, it would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot by unplugging the power cord of your router followed by your Nest devices. Plug them back in after 3-5 minutes starting with your router. Restarting your phone might also help.

Tell us how it goes.

Best,

Dan

@Dan_A my pleasure. I was literally on the phone with Google Support when my daughter said, "Mom! My laptop is not connecting to the internet!" I walked over and sure enough it wasn't, but my laptop was. That clued me into our "Family Wi-Fi" Google Wifi setting. We have specific devices that get cut off at night so my daughter doesn't stay up too late. The Google Nest Hub in my husband's office was working, just not the ones in rooms accessible to my daughter. I spoke with my husband and he said he was exploring the Google Wifi Setting and may have accidentally paused the "FamFriendlyCo" device group and that turned out to be the case.
