Google nest hub showing pics of clocks instead of setting an alarm

So yeah

When i start my bedtime routine, the assistant correctly asks about the alarm, but when i tell it the time i want to wake up, it shows me pictures of clocks, instead of setting an alarm.

Some nights i have had to start the routine 4 or 5 times now, just to get the alarm going. I know i can ask the alarm separately, and that works, but this is getting annoying.

And rebooting didnt help either.

I'm committed to providing you with excellent customer service and will do everything I can to help you resolve this issue. You can try to factory reset your Google Nest Hub. This erases all your personalized settings and restores the factory default settings. It won’t automatically reconnect to WI-Fi, and you’ll need to set it up again.
