Hi All,
I have a Google Nest audio and after a factory reset it is not responsive. It loops and never arrives to the "Welcome to Google Home" message. It just shuts down and restarts and so on. I have tried contacting the home support but all that was offered is the 10 plugs/unplugs at 10 seconds apart solution, which for me did not work. The advise was to go to a third party repairing center to have your device checked.I know the device has no hardware issues so this software issue remains. Does this mean i have to throw it, although the hardware part is ok ? Any idea what a 3rd party repairing center can do ? Reinstall the software ? Thank you
