Google nest hub starts playing random music

Out of nowhere, it starts playing music and sounds showing pictures changing into something answer to whom don't understand this error even can't find any smaller posts.... is there anyone who can help me

I try to rest the factory 

un plugin power

changed wifi

A few questions:

 

  • When did the issue start?
  • What type of Google Home/Nest device are you having an issue with?
  • How many accounts are linked on the Google Home app?
  • Do you have an active routine?

 

Please go to "My Activity" on the Google Home app to check the Google Assistant activity history.

 

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. At the top-right, tap the account.
  3. Tap My Activity.

    • its started i bought after 2 weeks 
  • What type of Google Home/Nest device are you having an issue with?
    • this is Google nest hub max ( 1st Gen )
  • How many accounts are linked on the Google Home app?
    • this is link with only one account

    • no there is no routine i have arealdy check after joining community 
    •
