My Google nest hub restarted 3 days ago by itself, and have been stuck at a grey G startup screen ever since.
I tried a factory reset, I tried unplugging it for an hour before plugging it in again, but still no luck getting it to work.
I can't seem to find any one got a solution to this, but I might be mistaken. It also seems like a lot of other people are seeing this problem. My Nest hub is only 6 months old, so it is a bit early for a device to break.
Anyone have any luck with a solution?

Are you using the official power adapter and cable that came with your device? Have you tried plugging the device into a different power outlet and rebooting it? You can also try recovery mode followed by a factory reset by following the steps below.

I tried to factory reset it multiple times but nothing still
