Google nest keep saying I don’t have an Apple Music account but I do!

Anyone have any suggestions?  I have a full Apple Music subscription.  When I try to link my music account, it’s tells me I need a subscription.  Very frustrating.  The only thing I can think of is that I have Apple One subscription which has Apple Music as part of it.

Hey

Chiming in to ensure everything is covered here. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues playing music on your Google Nest speaker. Could you try linking a different Apple Music account with a subscription to check if you will have the same issue. These will help us isolate if that is something to do with the Google One subscription.

Let us know how it goes.

Cheers,

Muddi

Hey Tciste01,

Got it! Could you tell what Google Nest speaker you have. Also, is your Apple account linked successfully? Please reset your speaker, then check if you will have the same issue. Visit this link to learn how-to reset your device.

Let me know if that works,

Cheers,

Muddi
