Google nest mini 2 not conecting to the internet

Hi I am having issues connecting my Google Nest Mini 2 to the internet at My universtity is there anyway that you can help me connect it? It keeps giving me the error message Unable to connect to this wifi is there any reason why?

I have unplugged it, rebooted it. I have tried added the MAC adress to my wifi at universtity I do not know what to do now I have tried everything I can think of doing to get it to connect to the internet.

Please help me 😞

Factory reset by using the little button underneath by the power 9input socket.  Its very small and easy to miss.  press and hold I think!
