Google nest mini 2e gen resets every other day after last update

Hi , one of my google nest mini 2e gen keeps resetting every other night (3 or 4 am).

 And She starts talking french 😞

This started about 3 to 4 weeks ago.

From what i can find on the internet , thats about when the latest update was released

things i tried :

hard reset.

different cable.

different wifi (2,4 & 5 ghz).

different router.

different name.

different place in the house.

Turn off automatic update.

Nothing helps....

Im starting to think about replacing it ....

Is anyone having the same issue ???.

Hi , the one that is not functioning is a google nest mini.

Im located in the netherlands.

And i bought it at a website In april 2022

i do have the receipt of google nest mini.
