Google nest mini is not turning on my smart lights

My nest mini is not switching on/off smart lights. It tells " to control lights using Google assistant you need to get them set up in assistant settings ".

I m able to control the lights through my mobile using the same voice command which i try asking my nest mini.

I have linked my smart light in google home app.
