Google nest mini speaker wont play music

I have a nest mini in Cyprus connected through android. It will not play music. It says I can't do that here. Have tried everything via Google home app. It is also paired via Bluetooth. 

Can anyone help with this? Its so frustrating

• When did the issue start?
• What is your music service provider?
• What specific command are you using?
• What are the steps that you've done?
