Google nest mini

Nest mini doesn't recognize voice commands . After a reset of one nest mini , the voice commands are again recognized but only for a short time ( 2 minutes ) . Connection is Ok because I can see all 4 devices .

What can be wrong ?

We're sorry to hear about this experience. Could you tell us the distance between your speakers and your router? If possible, let's try moving the speaker closer to your router for a better connection. Rebooting your router might also help to refresh your network settings.

hello ,This google nest speakers has been working for years , so it has nothing to do with distance .When I reset one google nest speaker , it's working for about 3 minutes and than again I get the error .The error has to do with spoken commands .It doesn't understand anymore my voice commands .

Other things like connecting with spotify is no problem .
