Google nest says I sent more info about the song to your phone, but not receiving anything.

I’m listening to a song on google nest and I say “Hay Google, what’s the name of this song?” and Google nest says “you’re listening to < song name > by < musician> I’ve sent more info about this song to your phone”, when I check my phone I see nothing.
 
How can I find out where  and what phone Number is Google nest sending this information to? If it is sending it to the wrong phone number, how do I change it?

Thanks for posting. 

 

Make sure your mobile device and Google Home are signed into the same Google Account. if multiple people are using your Google Home, make sure to set up a voice match for each member. If the Assistant can't recognize the voice, it can't send information to the mobile device. Also, make sure notifications are turned on. Here's how:

 

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. At the upper right, tap the Account icon.
  3. Select Assistant Settings.
  4. Select Devices.
  5. Select the device to toggle notifications for.
  6. Scroll down to Notifications then tap the slider off Off.
