Google nest screen burn at 5 months

My Google home hub has screen burn and I've only had the device 5 months. I have the purchase info on my amazon. What can be done about it as not a cheap piece of equipment to buy for a screen to start dying within a year.

 

Any advice on this? As not overly happy

Hi,

 

I gave this a try before coming to the forum but says i have to contact within the hours but 12AM - 12PM. which for UK timezone is annoying as i start work at 8am and have a new born. so morning time is limited.

Those are strange hours. Maybe a Google Nest Community Specialist will step in on this thread and offer an alternative.

Sorry just seen this reply. I have managed to get it RMA'D through the seller and they have given me a refund due to there currently isn't any I'm stock at the moment.
