Google nest speaker sound phasing. Some times feels like it’s underwater

Hello, i’ve been having this issue for a couple days now and it is very annoying. Sometimes, while the device is playing music, the sound gets muffled, and sounds like underwater or something, but then goes back to normal, and so over. I think that this have been happening since a power outage, i read a similar post that mentioned this same issue but i can’t get it fixed, i restored from factory, unplugged for a couple hours, and nothing, please help.

I would love to send you a short video - give me the address!
Also this problem usually is worse with certain apps, Pandora sounds worse than Youtube, for example.
If you want to blame the wifi, I have Google Fiber, so I'll just leave you with that!
