Google responds to commands but does not follow them.

I ask Google hey google play music for 1 hr google responds music will go off in 1 hr. Google understands and responds to commands but continues to play music after the hr has passed!

I have the same issue.

I've always set the sleep timer with a routine and that worked without issue for a long time. Now the routine doesn't work and I can't even set it manually.
I saw an update on one of the other threads that mentioned a sequential restart of modem and all devices to resolve the problem.
I've gone through the sequential restart of everything, as mentioned, but the issue still persists.
I get the error, "sleep timers can only be set for a maximum of 24 hrs", even though I'm only requesting the device to stream a radio station until 9:45 (15 mins in the future). I've also tried, "stream radio station for 15 minutes" and get acknowledgement, but the radio doesn't turn off.

I've had to manually set a routine to "stop" after a certain time as a work around, but that's frustrating if you don't go to bed at the same time every night.

I have sent feedback to Google.

Hoping this can be resolved sooner rather than later!!

@JojoD, @johnlisle, our team is aware about sleep timers that aren’t working for turning off music at the specified time and are still working on a fix.
