Google speakers will not play radio stations as requested. Factory resets do not resolve this issue ???

I just got off the phone with Google (yes, seriously).  They know about the issue and are working on it.  They don't have an estimated timeframe.  The good news is that it's not you.  The bad news is that it's them.

I had Google tech support on the phone for ages yesterday. Tried everything, then after doing a Factory Reset my Google Nest Smart Home Speaker is now playing all BBC radio, but not from the Sounds app, and LBC and all Global Media stations are working again.

I can confirm that the issue on playing radio and BBC stations on the Google Home/Nest devices is now resolved. Please feel free to update the thread, otherwise, I'll close this after 24 hours and mark the thread as resolved.
