Groups not being recognized when voice match is enabled

We have speaker groups created and we also have voice match enable. Only one person in the house can say "Play music on 'Group Name'. When another person says the same thing, Google comes back with 'Sorry. I don't understand'. When Voice Match is disabled, it works fine for all users. How to I fix this?

This occurs on mutli Google devices.

Hey maltman,

 

That certainly hasn’t been easy for you — let’s check what’s going on. 

 

When did it start happening? Also, how many speaker groups do you have?

 

Could you try resetting one or two speakers then create a speaker for those two devices to see if will do the trick. Also, try rebooting your speakers and retrained your voice match on your Google Home app.
