Hi Lutfor_Rahman,
Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear about the situation that you are experiencing with your Google Assistant, which is not recognizing your air conditioner. Currently, the option to control the air conditioner through the Google Nest Hub (2nd Gen) is not available, but you can add it to the Google Home app to control it with your Google Assistant, or you can continue using the main app on your phone.
If you continue seeing this message about Google Assistant, you can give our friends at Google Assistant Help a shout. They're the best team to help you find out what's happening with this situation.
Please let me know if you have more questions.
Best regards,
Jenny

I am facing problems with linking my Haismart account to Google Home. It worked fine a few days back, nke it's not being able to reach my app. Shows error and thus I can't use my ac in voice controls and all.

Hi parthib,
Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear about the situation that you are experiencing with the connection of your Haismart account to the Google Home app to control your air conditioner. I understand that it was working fine a couple of days ago. But don't worry; help is here. I need to ask a couple of questions to provide the best solution:
What error code do you see on the app?
Have you tried any steps to solve the situation? If yes, please list them.
Please keep me posted. I'll be waiting for your response.
Best regards,
Jenny
