I ask it to play my Apple Music playlist, andit plays something similar but not MY LIST. Not my personally curated list.
Yes my Wi-Fi is working. Yes I have unplugged the thing and plugged it back in. Yes I have unlinked my Apple account and re-linked my Apple account. Many times. I have the same issue on my Home mini and the nest. Yes they are using the same Wi-Fi. Yes AGAIN, the Wi-Fi is working. I'm the only one in the household. The playlist works just fine on my computer and it works just fine when I ask Alexa to play it. Hopefully now we've gotten all the nonsense out of the way and we can perhaps find out if someday somebody is going to fix this?
and yes I have tried renaming the playlist and that doesn't work either.

USA. It's happening in one Nest and two older Home Minis. So it's NOT the devices, it's the technology. A lot of us have this issue and instead of Google actually trying to fix it you have us jump through hoops and do all sorts of tests and send you all sorts of information in hopes that we eventually will just go away. I say "hey Google, play my playlist My School of Rock on Apple Music" and it says "ok, playing School of Rock." Or it says "OK playing School" and then plays some song called School. It used to work once in a while. Now it doesn't. Yes, I have tried renaming the playlist and I've also asked it to play other playlists and it does the same thing.

Hi @Lbw,
Thank you for replying. It looks like you already performed most of the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Could you please confirm if you've had the chance to factory reset your devices and add them back to the Google Home app? You can factory reset your Google Nest speakers by following the steps in the article Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays.
Keep me posted.

Anders

I've already filled out the form and gone back-and-forth with them like 15 times answering all of their questions and nobody has actually done anything yet. I was hoping maybe putting it on here might get me some different results but I guess not.
