I've already filled out the form and gone back-and-forth with them like 15 times answering all of their questions and nobody has actually done anything yet. I was hoping maybe putting it on here might get me some different results but I guess not.

yeah it's just all sorts of new nonsense every day I ask it to play certain song which it does play but then after that it just plays some random song that has nothing to do with the song before.
