Having issues with nest hub calls

Having an issue getting my nest hub to make a call. At first, it said to verify my voice match settings out of nowhere so I updated them. Now it just continually asks who I wanna call I answer it asks who I wanna call again over and over and will never make a phone call. Nothing changed. I didn’t do anything in the app. It just all of a sudden within five minutes stopped making calls. I have no idea what to change what to fix to get it to work again.
