Hi Konaduval,
Have you checked to make sure you have the latest version of Spotify downloaded? If yes, open the Spotify app on your phone and start playing something. After selecting a song tap the speaker icon, its in the bottom corner of your screen. A list of device options should appear and you just select the speaker you want to cast to, make sure that your phone and the speaker are connected to the same WIFI network or are paired via Bluetooth. You should hear your music playing from your selected speaker.
Let me know if this fixes your issue.

Hey everyone,
Thanks for visiting the Community.
I appreciate your help on this, @sarahtindall82. That's so helpful!
@Konaduval, were you able to try the steps suggested above? You may also try to unlink your Spotify account and link it back to see if this would fix the issue. Here's how:
Verify that the Google Account shown is the one linked to your Google device. If correct, tap to close the account window. To switch accounts, tap the triangle next to the Google Account, then tap another account or Add another account.
Note: For all services, speakers and displays currently support a single account per streaming service.
Let me know how it goes.
Best,
Princess
