Help needed - Google News on smartspeakers announces in wrong language/voice

Hello,

I have a problem with my Google Assitant for a while now.

Scenario:
User: "Hey Google, nieuws" (asking the news in Dutch)
Assistant: "Hier volgt het laatste nieuws..." (Responding in Dutch with the voice for Dutch)
Assistant: "Van HLN om 23:50 gisteren". (Responding in some butchered english/dutch... english voice trying to read dutch sentence".
Assistant: *plays the news from our selected sources" 

TL;DR: News announcement language voice doesn't match the set language for the assitant.

Troubleshooting:

- Checked the languages on both my and my partners Google account. All set to Dutch and no other languages

- Checked and reset a few devices that were not installed with the correct language for some reason (all ok now)

For some reason the issue disappeared. My wife and I were shocked when we heard it. Perhaps there is some delay with Google account settings or firmware language.
