Hide horizontal navigation bar on far right of Nest Hub screen

On my Nest Hub home screen (photo frame, or any other) the white/grey horizontal navigation bar on the far right of the screen (where you swipe to access more features) is now appearing permanently, whereas it used to fade away. For me it spoils the look of the home screen but I can't see a way to hide this bar. Does anyone know how? There are options to turn most things on/off but I can't see anything for this. Thanks

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, the Nest Hub software might have undergone updates or changes. To address the issue of the permanent navigation bar on the right side of the screen, you can try the following steps:

2. Reset Display Settings: Go to the device settings and look for display or screen settings. You may find an option to reset or customize the display settings that could affect the appearance of the navigation bar.

Remember that newer updates or features may have been introduced since my last knowledge update in January 2022.
