Home Favorites Not Working

The Home Favorites page does not show what is playing. I can not get to the Cast page. Your app is garbage.

I can confirm that this feature is not available on the Google Home app. The only options for now are "Actions (Assistant, broadcast, callhome); automations (routines);devices." We're looking for ways to improve, and the best thing to do now is to send feedback on the Google Home app. Visit this link for the steps.

you are incorrect. favorites is available on my google home apps. please see the attached screen shot. i have version 2.64.32.1

Based on the picture you've shared from your other threads, it shows that you have a public preview of the Google Home app.

yes, it's a public preview. i asked to be removed off of the public preview team. however, I have not been removed. any idea when that will happen?

also, are you real or some chatGPT?

Sorry for the delays. Please note that although the device is set to leave status on public preview, you would have to wait for the next production firmware to be pushed to officially exit the program. For now, we don't have any information on when the next update. Also, all customer support here in the Community are all humans and not a bot.
