Home Mini - upload voice instructions for a senior

I got a 91 year old senior a Google mini. She loves it. She talks to it, it tells her the weather and time she sets morning alarms also.  Some days she thinks it is a real person speaking.

So what I want to do is record audio for her to play back in my voice. Hey Google, how do I make my cookies? Then my recorded voice would come on and go through the recipe step by step with the ingredients.

I want to do this with pill reminders, bed time instructions, which buttons to push on the TV remote.

Please don't suggest anything that requires her to use bluetooth, pc or phone. Voice commands to mini only please.
