Home Routine Triggered by Hub Max touch screen only when I'm out of town

Consistently, when I'm out of town. My home routine will trigger sometime between 3-5am due to "touch control" of my nest hub max located in my kitchen. This ONLY happens when I'm away from the house overnight and will happen each night. It doesn not happen when I'm home. No one else lives there. Any ideas as to why this happens?

This is not the experience we wanted you to have, let me help you. A few things: when did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? What is your Nest Hub Max triggering whenever you’re not home?

We could check the Home and Away routine and remove it. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Google Home app.
2. On the Home screen, tap Routines.
3. Under "Household Routines," select Home or Away.
4. Tap Edit.
5. Tap Delete  next to the devices you want to remove all actions for.
6. Tap Save to save any changes.
   • You can also tap Close near the top of the screen to discard any changes you've made.
