Home mini not available in Home App on New wifi

So I recently changed my internet provider and updated my speakers by factory resets to set them to the new SSID. Upon setting them up, my Google Home app on my phone says they are not available. However, the Google Home app on my Android tablet says that they are connected to the wifi and I control everything on there. I can even cast audio from Spotify on my phone to the speaker. I've tried changing a few things around in my router, but for whatever reason, the Google Home app on my phone refuses to believe the speakers and the phone aren't on the same WiFi and are not available, even though everything else I have says otherwise.
