Household member cant add to my lists

I have the Bring! App connected as my default grocery list app, but anytime my partner tries to add to the list it either adds the product to a generic google list or tells him that a list with that name doesnt exist. I can repeat the exact same phrase right after him and it adds it to my Bring list. He is a shared user on my Bring app and can add to the list from his phone, it's just that the assistant doesnt recognize his voice as being able to access that list. Why?

Hey Mkenny5,

That certainly hasn’t been easy for you — let’s check what’s going on.

A quick question: did you add your partner's account on your Google Home app? If not, follow the steps below to set up voice match for your partner:

Open the Google Home app.

Tap Home> Settings> Google Assistant> Voice Match> Other devices.
Note: If the customer has more than one home, tap the home the customer wants to add Voice Match to.

  1. Tap Get started> follow the in-app steps.
Note: To turn on Voice Match automatically for new devices in the same home, turn on Automatically enable on future devices.
  2. Make sure Personal Results enabled.

Hope this helps!

Thanks,

Alex
