Is there a way to select which outgoing call methodology (voice or meet) to use?
Making outgoing voice calls, through my linked carrier, only works if I unlink google meet in google home. Once google meet is linked, the nest hub max defaults to meet, for every outgoing call - this is undesired behavior because very few of my contacts use google meet. Other than unlinking (removing) meet in google home - I have not figured out a way to force nest to use voice via my linked carrier (google fi) instead
When I first purchased my nest hub max a couple weeks back I was able to make voice calls *and google meet calls. The voice calls worked fine to call my contacts directly at their phone number.
I'm hoping there's a secret voice command I've not yet discovered like 'use my mobile carrier to make a voice call', a default setting option or a per-contact preference. Something, anything to make nest stop defaulting to meet.
****Note that my google account *(in google home) and my carrier (in settings, communication, call providers) *are* properly configured. Seems that I have this correct as outgoing voice calls *work perfectly* when I unlink/remove google meet.
TIA for any suggestions!
