How to change to GMT time zone on Nest Hub?

I am currently in Qatar and I've brought my nest hub from the states with me. I have set up the devices on a personal Wi-Fi and are not showing the correct times. I have changed my location in the google home app but nothing has made a difference. Is there a way to change the time zone manually?

Hi @izaya325 - You should be able to manually change it right on the Nest Hub.

Change Time Zone and Time Format

Click the Gear icon on the top-right corner to access Device settings. Scroll down to the Time section of Device settings. Tap Time Zone and select the new time zone of your choice.

Hope this helps!

I do not have that option on my Nest Hub

I have tried all the options in the settings. Any other options?

There is no gear icon at the top right. The only options are the ones shown above.

Hi @izaya325 - it appears from you picture that you are in the correct settings spot.  What happens when you scroll down on that screen, are you able to see a time section below that photo frame option?

There aren't any more options when I try to scroll down. It's only those options to choose from.

Are there any options for time when you tap on device information? Another (but more annoying solution) might be to do a factory reset...

Unfortunately not. After I factory reset, it defaults to an American time

Hi everyone,

Thank you for helping @MrVacca and @RachelGomez123

@izaya325, this is not the experience that we wanted you to have. Since you tried changing the address in the Google Home app, you can also try updating your address in your Google Assistant settings to make sure they are all synced. Here is a helpful link for you.

Let me know how it goes.

Best,

Juni
