TLDR: Don't count on nest to tell out loud any reminders. Everything else is fine.
If anyone is looking for "How do I make my nest read out loud my reminders?". The short answer is: You can't. It will, rarely (tested with two devices), say out loud that there is a remainder and you will get a notification on your phone. Also a white dot will turn on because Google expects we have the nest in our field of view all the time. That's it. No option to speak out loud automatically, no way of setting notifications until the task is done. This functionality have been requested several times in the past few years so dont expect anything from them. Most other brands, like Alexa, allow for that.
