Try these steps:
Fix Sleep Sensing issues - Google Nest Help

You can ask it things like:

  • "How did I sleep last night?"
  • "When did I go to bed yesterday?"
  • "How much REM sleep did I get last Friday?"
  • "Tell me about my sleep stages from last night."
  • "How can I sleep better?"
