How to upload contacts to make calls

I’m following all the instructions to upload my contacts in order to make calls but nothing is happening. Can anyone help me please?

Hi Dan and thanks for checking in. Unfortunately, I’m still unable to upload contacts despite following the instructions. My number is linked and I’ve been able to call my own phone with no problems, it just won’t accept any more. When I press ‘add person’ nothing happens 😞

Hey there,

 

I really appreciate you following the instructions provided above. For confirmation, are you able to call or add a different number? What Nest speakers are you using for calling and what country are you from? Where did you upload a contact number before? Also, what type of calls are you using? Is it through Duo calling, Google-supported calls or Mobile calling? Apologies for the questions, it's for narrowing down the issue so that we would know what the next steps would be.
