I really appreciate you following the instructions provided above. For confirmation, are you able to call or add a different number? What Nest speakers are you using for calling and what country are you from? Where did you upload a contact number before? Also, what type of calls are you using? Is it through Duo calling, Google-supported calls or Mobile calling? Apologies for the questions, it's for narrowing down the issue so that we would know what the next steps would be.
